The latest announcement from the Government has advised anyone living in EN10 postcodes to stay at home unless strictly necessary.

9 February 2021, Update

Thanks to the quick response to community testing in EN10, lots of people in the area are starting to get their CPVID test results back. If you live in the area:

  • We will be coming out to visit your estate for caretaking and grounds maintenance - this includes our Independent Living schemes.
  • We will be able to come out for repairs or other essential works, but we need your help. Please make sure you tell us if you've had your test, if you're still waiting for results, and if your result was positive or negative. This helps us judge the risk to you, your family and our colleagues.

Anyone from our B3Living team who lives in the EN10 will only come back to work if their COVID test is negative. Many of our frontline colleagues across the county are also taking advantage of the rapid community testing organised by Hertfordshire County Council and going for weekly COVID tests.



2 February 2021, Update

We have listened to Public Health advice and will be doing our bit to protect the community in Broxbourne.

If you live in the EN10 area, this means that we may not be able to visit your home or estate for repairs and maintenance while residents are tested for the new COVID variant.  That said, we will always come out where there is an emergency or where we need to do essential health and safety work, and we'll take every precaution when we do.

This also applies to our Independent Living schemes at:

  • Blackwood Court
  • St Augustines Close
  • Wormley Court

Although we will still visit these schemes for fire alarm and safety checks.

If you had an appointment booked, we'll be in touch to postpone. We don't know how long this advice will be in place, but we will prioritise any postponed work when the situation changes.
