B3Living welcomes a new Executive Director (Operations) and Executive Director (Growth), completing a trio of appointments to its executive team.
Chris Ellison will take up the role of Executive Director (Operations), starting 7 May, with responsibility for housing and property services, as well as the Direct Labour Organisation.
Previously, he worked as an Executive Interim/Consultant in housing, as well as senior leadership roles at Circle Housing Group (now part of Clarion) including Regional Operations Director, Customer Transformation Leader and Managing Director of South Anglia Housing.
Jon Hayden will take on the role of Executive Director (Growth) in July, with responsibility for development, new business and Everlea Homes, the association’s commercial development subsidiary.
He brings extensive senior leadership experience, moving from his role of Corporate Director at Braintree Council, leading on the North Essex garden communities project, as well as a £100 million investment programme.
Anne Shearman, B3Living’s Chair said: “We are delighted to welcome Chris and Jon to the executive team, as we embark on a review of our direction and vision. Their wealth of housing and leadership experience will help us continue to build a strong and customer-focused organisation.”
This follows the recent appointment of the new Chief Executive, Steve Woodcock, who started at the housing association in March.
Steve moved from his role as Operations Director at Housing Solutions. Previously, Steve has held senior leadership roles at Circle Housing Group (now part of Clarion) and Russet Homes as a managing director, regional director and most recently, as an executive director within commercial services.
With the new appointments, the senior team will comprise five people including Claire Howe, Executive Director (Corporate Services) and Alex Shelock, Executive Director (Finance).
