Covid-19 (Coronavirus) Update
We are doing all we can to respond quickly to the developing situation. At all times our top priority will be health and safety, for our customers and our staff. We will also do everything we can to support those most vulnerable within our customer base and in our local community.
Following guidance from the Government on Monday 16 March, our offices are now closed visitors unless their appointments are essential. Many of our colleagues are now working from home.
Guidance and resources for B3Living customers are available here. These are very challenging times and we want to reassure any customer with concerns about their finances that we will do all we can to support them.
Measures are already in place at B3Living to minimise the risk of spreading infection. Where we can, we are looking to innovate and adapt so we can continue delivering key services. Where this is not possible we have opted to postpone non-urgent work.
Our thanks must go to all B3Living staff for their continued commitment, and to our customers, partners and contractors for their patience during the inevitable disruption. Please be assured that we will continue to monitor the latest Government advice on a daily basis and plan for all eventualities.
