Response to the latest government announcement

We would like to reassure our customers that we plan to continue delivering our services.

Following the most recent government announcement on Tuesday 22 September, we are reviewing our COVID risk assessments and will make any changes necessary to keep customers and colleagues safe.

As a customer, you can help

  • If one of our trade operatives is going into your home for a repair or inspection, please make sure you prepare for their visit (click here for details) and keep a two-metre distance throughout.
  • If you have an appointment booked, but develop symptoms or need to self-isolate, please let us know.
  • Many of our team will continue to work from home, so please make an appointment before visiting our offices.

At the moment, we have no plans to put any services on hold again. But we will keep health and safety as our top priority, continue to follow latest public health guidance, and will stay in touch as and when we need to make changes.
