We've retained our top regulatory ratings

Following an annual stability check, we are pleased to see that we have retained the highest regulatory gradings.

The Regulator of Social Housing reconfirmed our G1 rating for governance in addition to our V1 rating for financial viability in their most recent review, published today.

Our ratings were awarded in March 2022 following an in-depth assessment from the Regulator.

At B3Living, we follow the National Housing Federation's Code of Governance (2020) and have been able to report full compliance with this code since 2022.

We work hard to maintain a robust governance structure. This year we launched a new Operations Committee to further embed the customer voice at the most senior levels within our business.

Our rating against the Viability Standard reflects our financial strength and strategic focus on responsible business. Our credit rating from Moody's is A3 with a stable outlook and we reported an 23% increase in turnover in 2022-23 to just over £42m.
