How it works
We have partnered with TLF, a research agency, who will contact residents on our behalf. If you have agreed to be contacted by us, TLF may call you between Monday 19 November and Friday 14 December.
The survey takes 10 to 15 minutes to complete. You will be asked about our services and how you think we’re performing.
