Within our next corporate strategy, we are looking to deliver over 400 new homes.

 

Who are we looking for?

Our Development team is looking for an experienced Project Manager with comprehensive knowledge of traditional and modern construction methods. Someone with an understanding of complex financial and budget management who has strategic thinking and planning skills.

The role

There is a lot more to the role, however some of your responsibilities include: -

  • Taking responsibility of project managing several identified and approved schemes from pre-contract period through to the construction phase and post contract phase.
  • Ensuring scheme cost, quality and programme is monitored and maintained via regular performance reviews using Sequel, risk assessments and programme management tools.
  • Providing accurate and impactful presentations and reports for Executive, Investment and Development Committee, B3Living board and Everlea board as required.
  • As and when required be involved in land acquisition and associated due diligence functions.
  • Attend site meetings, pre, post and during construction.
