We appreciate that our customers are waiting to hear from us and find out how we will get our services back ‘up and running’. Our colleagues are keen to get back to their normal tasks, but it’s important that we continue to put health and safety first.
Over the past weeks, we have been going through the 50-page Government briefing document and eight guidance papers from the Health and Safety Executive (HSE).
We have completed new risk assessments and are preparing to resume some services very soon. This involves putting several precautions in place.
