Getting our services back 'up and running'

We appreciate that our customers are waiting to hear from us and find out how we will get our services back ‘up and running’. Our colleagues are keen to get back to their normal tasks, but it’s important that we continue to put health and safety first.

Over the past two weeks, we have been going through the extensive and detailed government guidance from the Health and Safety Executive (HSE). We have completed new risk assessments and are preparing to resume some services very soon. This involves putting several precautions in place.

From today (26 May) we will resume our full grounds maintenance services, external repairs to homes and a partial caretaking service inside our blocks. We will be in touch with our customers shortly with further details on our other services.

While we do this, we’d like to thank our customers for their continued patience. Please stay safe and well.
