Hertfordshire has turned into Narnia today, and it might be a White Christmas at last!
We’ve brushed about a foot of snow off our vans, and our repairs service, caretakers and grounds maintenance teams are still out today.
But please bear with us. It might take longer to get to you, or we might have to rearrange some appointments depending on the roads.
Our caretakers will also be focusing on gritting the pathways and ambulance access roads around our Independent Living schemes, so may not be on their normal schedule.
As pretty as snow is, cold weather means more bills.
If you’re worried about putting the heating on, please call us or contact Herts Help on 0300 123 4044.
They’re providing a one-stop shop for advice – see here for more details.
