We’ve just found out that some people trying to call us are having issues.
If you’re struggling to pick an option when you get to our switchboard, this might be related to a problem with the Three phone network.
This issue will also affect you if your phone contract is with iD Mobile, Smarty, Honest Mobile or Superdrug.
You’ll be able to ring our number but may get stuck in a loop. Which is very annoying!
So here are some other ways to get through to us.
