You have told us that our grass cutting service needs improving. We know that how the area around your home looks is important to you, which is why we want to get your input in our future grass cutting services.

We’re currently looking for a new provider to cut the grass across our estates (we don’t cut the grass ourselves) and would like you to join us to meet two contractors from the top of the shortlist.

The meeting will be taking place at Wormley Court, EN10 6EF at 9.30am and at this session you’ll have the chance to get to know each provider and ask them questions about how they’d deliver the service.

This is a great chance to be able to influence what your estate will look like and your service charges. At the end, we’ll ask you to vote for the provider you prefer, and this feedback will help inform our decision about who we choose to deliver our grass cutting services from April 2023.

If you can’t make the 11am session, don’t worry –we will also be holding an online session on zoom in the evening at 7pm, the same format, just online! Once we have chosen a provider, we’ll be back in touch with you to ask how frequently you think grass should be cut on your estate and to what standard, along with the costs of this.
