Customer Advisory Panel

We're a not-for-profit and customer service business, so we shouldn't mark our own homework without our customers. To keep us on track, we need customers involved. That's what the Panel is for.

 

The Panel is a group of up to 12 B3Living customers. At least once a quarter, they get round the table with our top managers to look at how we're doing. They'll deep dive into issues they spot and work with us to recommend a way forward.

We've already got an informal feedback network (called our Customer Community). Customers can sign up to the mailing list and be involved as and when they like. We use this network to collect customer opinions and votes to guide key decisions. This is a big, diverse set of voices and people can be involved as and when they like.
