Your myB3Living online account gives you access to your balance and transactions whenever you need them. Click on the 'Rent' tab in the menu at the top.
It doesn't matter if you rent or own your home, all customers can set up a myB3Living account.
When will I get a rent statement in the post?
You’ll still get a printed statement in the post…
- Once a year, in April.
- If we notice any issues on your account.
- If you ask us for one (which you can also do via myB3Living).
But if apps / online accounts are not for you, let us know and we can send you a rent statement 4 times per year.
