Making a payment

When you buy your property, B3Living is still responsible for the upkeep of the structure, exterior and communal parts of the block. As a leaseholder, you pay a share of the cost of these services. If you are struggling to pay your service charges please tell us immediately so we can help, call 01992 453 700 or email leasehold@b3living.org.uk

Online

Whether you're a tenant or a homeowner, you can make payments online through this website.

Direct debit

You can set up a Direct Debit over the phone. It’s quick and easy and you can either pay weekly or monthly on the 10th or 30th of each month. Phone us on 0800 107 0713. You can also complete a Direct Debit Mandate form and post it to B3Living, Scania House, Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire, EN11 8TS.

Internet banking

You can make payments online or from your bank through internet banking. You will need your account reference number (5 digits long) and these bank details: Lloyds TSB account name: B3 Living Sort code: 30-99-86 Account number: 01573497

Bank standing order

This is an instruction to your bank to make payments at an agreed time. This can only be varied by you. Download the Standing Order form

Debit card

To pay rent by debit card you can use any PayPoint outlet. We can also take debit card payments at Scania House or you can use the Kiosk at Broxbourne Council’s Bishops College.

Cash

To pay in cash you will need your account card. We don’t currently have the facility to take cash at Scania House. However, You can use any PayPoint outlet.

How refunds work

When we calculate our final costs for the year, sometimes they are less than what we estimated and you would receive a refund. You'll get refunds automatically by:

  • BACS - if you normally pay by direct debit
  • Credit on your account - if you don't pay by direct debit
