If you have any worries about paying your rent, the best thing to do is to talk to us. We have access to support, resources, and sometimes grants that can help.

You can check your balance and statement online via your myB3Living account, but our Rent team can help with any queries you have about your rent or benefits. You can pay your rent online or we can support you to set up a direct debit.

We review our rents and service charges every year and, usually, they will increase slightly as our costs increase (e.g. with inflation). We have more information below about what our charges cover.
