The past bank holiday Monday saw the Broxbourne community come together for a competitive football match at the Cheshunt Rugby Club, hosted by the Active in Hope Community Foundation.
Attendees ranged from local families to Broxbourne Councillor Paul Seeby and Councillor Corina Gander.
The event provided entertainment for all ages including a bouncy castle, facepainting, a live DJ, food and drink, and a raffle prize.
Teams representing B3Living, Morrisons, Tesco, Thames Water and Active in Hope Community Foundation showcased their football skills in a series of energetic matches throughout the day.
The grand final saw the Active in Hope Community Foundation proudly take home the winning trophy at the closing ceremony.

Ex-professional footballer and event organiser, Patrick Kanyuka, expressed his enthusiasm:
‘This football match was a true celebration of the spirit of our Broxbourne communities.
It combined my love for football and my commitment to support mental health awareness in Hertfordshire.
It was incredibly rewarding to see friendly competition among teams, and local people enjoying a day outdoors and learning about the local businesses that we work with to support them.'
Our partnerships show our dedication to giving back and improving our local areas. We hope to make this football cup a tradition that continues for many years.
Based in B3Living’s Holdbrook Hub, the Active in Hope Community Foundation provides free mental health and well-being referral services to people across Hertfordshire.
