The Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) has confirmed B3Living’s G1/V1 grading today following an In-Depth Assessment (IDA) earlier this year.
This means B3Living has met the highest available standards a housing association can achieve for how well the organisation is run (G = governance) and for its financial stability (V = viability). This latest assessment maintains our previous position from 2017.
