We've got a lot of information on our website, so it's crucial we make it accessible for everyone. To help us achieve this, we use ReachDeck.
ReachDeck allows anyone to easily navigate our website through a tool bar. This tool bar can enlarge or translate text, simplify web pages and read text aloud. ReachDeck also includes a screen masking option to support anyone who is colourblind.

Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion
Supporting 12,000 customers means we need to be able to adapt. So to improve our accessibility, we offer interpreters for our customers who can't speak English. In addition to this, we can also adapt the text on any communications to the right size, colour and language (e.g. rent letters).
