Before starting my role at B3Living, I had no prior housing experience.
I started in the finance department and have worked on every floor since. I feel like I’ve found my place with the lettings team, they’re like my rock.
B3 is like a family to me, my colleagues are a huge part of my life.
I enjoy getting to know customers and being able to help them. Over the years I’ve got to know a lot of customers personally and built relationships with them, it’s a good feeling when I’m able to help. I love my job, I couldn’t imagine doing anything else now.
