B3Living was originally approached to bid for the three S106 affordable units of this nine-home scheme, but we chose to make an offer for the whole site to maximise our delivery of affordable homes. The whole development will be sold through the shared ownership scheme. This a step towards helping single people, or couples, to get on the ladder and stay local.

The scheme includes modern one and two-bedroom apartments, all with parking, within a three-storey building.

We are pleased to have the opportunity to work in this district, following on from previous B3Living  developments in East Herts, such as Southmill Road or Farnham Road (a joint venture project through our Everlea Homes subsidiary).
