In the first phase of this Hertford development, we delivered 22 new homes and now, we are pleased to provide 47 more new affordable homes. This scheme presented B3Living a great opportunity to work closely with the East Herts District Council to improve access to housing across the district.
Formerly occupied by the Bengeo Nurseries, the area is being transformed to meet the acute need for homes local people can afford. Offering a mix of flats and houses, they will accommodate a range of households in both the rented and shared ownership homes.
