As a landlord, our top priority is to make sure you feel safe and comfortable in your home. That’s why we use our contractor, MCP, to handle our out-of-hours emergency repairs. 

Emergency repairs

These are repairs are things that cannot wait and pose a serious risk to your health/safety. This includes things like:

• A major leak that you can't control.
• When you've lost all power.
• If you lose heating / hot water during the winter.
• You can't lock your home.
• Your only bath / shower or toilet is blocked.
