Before you start
- A debit or credit card.
- Your account number for your garage - also known as your tenancy number. Make sure it's not the one for your home. It is 4-6 digits long and can be found at the top right-hand corner of any B3Living statement / letter. Click here for more help
Please note: If you use a credit card, your bank might charge interest. It's worth checking this if you're not sure.

Out of hours: if you go into you myB3Living app or online account, go to the 'Rent' section and click 'Request direct debit'.
We'll help you to set this up. You can pick how often your want to pay and which day of the month.
You can set you a regular transfer from your bank account by standing order. You’ll be the only one able to control this, so it’ll be up to you to remember to change the amount every year or cancel the payments when you need to. You’ll need:
- Our bank name and address: Lloyds TSB Bank plc, 1 Silver Street, Enfield, Middx, EN1 3EE
- Our account number: 01573497
- Our sort code: 30-99-86
- Your reference: Please your your 5-digit tenancy number*
Or you can download this form, which you’ll need to print, fill in, and send to your bank.
It can take up to 7 days between setting up your standing order and money being transferred to your rent account.
*What is this and how do I find it?
You can transfer money through your online banking app / account. How you do this will depend on which bank you’re with, but you will need the following details:

Look out for the PayPoint logo at local shops or post offices – this means you can pay rent there. Click here to find the nearest PayPoint to you.
Make sure you remember to take your rent card and know your tenancy number,* otherwise we won’t be able to match the money you’ve paid to your rent account.
Please don’t come to our offices as they are closed and we can’t take cash there at the moment.
