If you are a tenant of ours, and you are thinking about carrying out some DIY, or home renovations, there are a few things you will need to consider first.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Getting permission for any major work.
- Supply, installation, and maintenance costs.
- Repairs costs, if any damage is caused.
- Removal costs, if work is carried out without permission.
- The interior decoration of your home, including cleaning and minor repairs.
At the end of your tenancy, the walls, ceilings, and doors should be free from stickers or damage, and evenly coloured. Including skirting and architraves.
