For us, a home is only a home when it's comfortable for you - and this includes keeping it warm. This page will highlight what to do if you experience problems with your heating or hot water.
We're responsible for
- Maintaining all appliances we provided.
- Servicing gas and boilers annually.
- Maintaining immersion heaters.
- Installing new heating systems.
Note: Oakray carry out repairs and servicing on our behalf.
We'll ask you to
- Provide access for annual gas checks.
- Report any heating issues.
- Maintain appliances which have been provided by you.
- Cover removal costs for heating appliances that have not been approved by us.
- Ask for permission if you wish to change / add to your current heating system.
